If I'm not home, will the TrackMyParcel driver leave my delivery at my address? ▼
If eligible and safe to do so, your delivery will be left at your address if you're not home. Some items may require specific handling based on sender restrictions or the nature of the item, and on these occasions will be taken to a nearby TrackMyParcel Service Hub for you to collect.
I changed the address during my TrackMyParcel delivery — what should I do now? ▼
If you've updated your delivery address, TrackMyParcel will do its best to redirect your parcel. This may cause a short delay, depending on the delivery stage. Check your tracking page for the most recent updates.
How long should I wait before I enquire about a late or missing TrackMyParcel item? ▼
Please allow up to 3 business days after the expected delivery date. If there’s still no update, contact TrackMyParcel support with your tracking number and delivery details so we can investigate further.
How do I track my TrackMyParcel delivery? ▼
You can track your delivery using your tracking number on the TrackMyParcel tracking page. Simply enter your number to see the latest status and delivery updates.
There are no tracking updates — what should I do? ▼
Sometimes tracking updates may be delayed while your parcel is moving between locations. If no scans appear for over 72 hours, please contact TrackMyParcel support so we can check the delivery status for you.
